Meet the Team
In New Perspectives Arlene fulfills a lifelong dream to help men struggling with addiction, of which she has firsthand knowledge. She has family members she has personally assisted through the transition from in-patient to out-patient care. She is keenly aware of the lack of affordable services available to men, in particular, those who are struggling to maintain sobriety.
Arlene is a retired registered nurse with 30+ years of experience working with the Promedica Hospital system. Ms. Bond has spent her career caring for the needs of the most critical patients; serving as an ICU nurse focused on post-anesthesia care. She has, over the course of her career, served as Nurse Manager, Clinician, and a Patient Care Supervisor, among others. Her dedication to lifelong learning led her to return to school a few years before her retirement to earn a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University. Ms. Bond has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lourdes University, teaching clinical procedures to prospective nurses.
Sam provides expertise, education and training for NP, using components of his proprietary behavior modification model. His model asks the tough questions, helping men to re-adjust to life with a new perspective; putting down old ways of doing things and embracing a new, healthy outlook on life.

I was a client at New Perspectives Sober Living and I received the highest quality of services and the agency served me quite well with my health and well being. I have been able to rectify most of my problems with my probation due to Mr. Ford, my case manager, and I have been able to call on him for many things when I was in his care.
I am extremely grateful for New Perspectives. I couldn’t have come this far without you. This whole experience meant a lot! Raymond, I want you to know you personally have been a big help not just with having somewhere to stay but helping me stay focused and working thru some of the chaos. The way you encourage and inspire me, man you’ve given me a lot of hope and I just wanted you to know that. Thanks so much
At New Perspectives, I received assistance with medication management and finding a Primary Care Physician. Now, I’ve been clean for over 2 years and am independent, thanks to NPLS’s unwavering support. I know the door is always open when and if I need guidance and support from their team! Thank you, NPSL! You are the Best Kept Secret in recovery agency services in town!
